Knee Care<\/strong> This treatment focuses on pain, stiffness and swelling in knee-joints. It includes treatments like local oil massage, medicated local steam, poultice fomentation (if necessary) and lepa.<\/p>\n Spine Care<\/strong> This treatment focuses on spine problems and complaints like pain and stiffness in neck, lower back, etc. It includes spine massage, medicated steam, poultice fomentation, kati\/griva basti (if required) and yoga exercises.<\/p>\n De-stress or Relaxation<\/strong> This treatment focuses on reducing the effects of mental stress, which may include loss of sleep, confused mind, loss of confidence, and physical and mental fatigue. The treatment includes full body relaxation massage, followed by shirodhara, pinda sweda and medicated steam bath. <\/p>\n Family-Wellness<\/strong> For maintaining the healthy status of your family members (4 in number), we provide a Family-Wellness package. It includes tailor-made dietary and behavior regimen to suit the constitution of each member, followed with medicated oil massage, shirodhara and steam bath.<\/p>\n Hair Care<\/strong> Healthy hair is considered to be one of the parameters of beauty in an individual. It also denotes overall health of the individual. This treatment focuses on hair complaints such as hair loss, split and dry hair, dandruff, and premature graying. This package includes dietary advice, as well as internal medication and treatments like shirodhara and shirolepa.<\/p>\n Menopausal and post-menopausal women care<\/strong> Menopause is an important milestone in a woman’s life, which requires overcoming physical, mental and emotional changes.
